| 摘 要： | 已有的建设用地经济评价指标研究缺乏理论基础,多为比较简单的指标,科学性和可比性不强,不能有效地反映出建设用地扩张与经济增长之间的关系.基于经济学理论基础,从建设用地扩张与经济增长的相互关系出发,提出建设用地规模内生决定于整个地区的经济水平,进而构建了建设用地扩张效率指数(CLI),并据此对我国各省建设用地扩张效率以及东中西部建设用地扩张效率进行了测算.结果显示:(1)经济增长越快的省份,其建设用地扩张效率指数(CLI)越低,建设用地扩张效率越高;(2)东部地区的建设用地扩张效率普遍优于中西部地区;(3)建设用地扩张效率指数(CLI)在建设用地扩张效率测度上可比性、科学性更强.
