| Abstract: | In this study, a numerical model of one-dimensional nonsta-tionary boundary layer over a sloped terrain is established. Emphasis isput on the characteristics of Ekman spirals over the sloped terrain.Conditions in which Ekman spirals move counterclockwise (ccw) and therelationship between frictional force and Ekman spiral pattern are givenas well. |
