| 摘 要： | 数字化、信息化是当今世界高科技发展的潮流和趋势。随着虚拟现实技术、3S技术和通信技术的发展,城市化水平的不断提高,对城市的规划管理提出了更高的要求,数字城市正是在这种背景下提出的。结合AutoCAD软件和IMAGIS软件,利用DWG格式的电子地图作为基础数据进行城市小区及其周边环境的三维仿真模型的设计与实现,并以泉州市某小区为例进行了实践。
