摘    要:本文研究了条纹锯鮨(Centropristis striata)鱼种对低盐度胁迫的耐受力,以及淡水胁迫后最适恢复时间范围.实验结果表明:规格(20.32±9.67)cm的鱼种在0盐度的半致死时间为(1.63±0.23)h,规格(10.20±0.63)cm的鱼种在0盐度的半致死时间为(0.77±0.23)h.同时,2种规...

Abstract:The tolerance of the black sea bass(Centropristis striata) under low salinity stress and the best timeframe of recovery after freshwater stress were studied.The results show that the half-lethal time of fish with body length of 20.32 9.67 cm is 1.63 0.23h and 0.77 0. 23h for the fish of 10.20 0.63 cm at salinity of 0,simultaneously,two sizes(20.32 9.67 cm and 10.20 0.63 cm) black sea bass can survive more than 96h under 10 salinity.Salinity acclimationextends the half-lethal time at salinity of 0.The result...
