| 摘 要： | 本文回顾性分析了２１例经手术,病理证实的子宫肌瘤ＣＴ表现。指出子宫外形呈不规则结节样增大,边缘光整,强化后的混合密度征及边缘线影是ＣＴ诊断子宫特异性很强的征像。对那些多肌瘤,瘤体较大,合并复杂变性者,能弥补Ｂ超因肠道气体等多种因素所致的不足。因此ＣＴ在子宫肌瘤的影像上有重要价值。

| Abstract: | In this paper, CT features of 21 cases hysteromyoma whichwere found in the cases of operation proved and pathologically confirmedwere analysed retrospectivlly. The results showed the nodular enlargement of theuterus with a clear outline, mixed density sign and low density marginal line ofthe hysteromyoma when scan of enhancement possess the specificity of CT diagnosishysteromyoma. CT can make up for "B" ultrasonic lack to result from interferenceof the gas in intestine and otherwise, especially in the multiple. biggerhysteromyoma. For tills reason, CT play all important role in diagnosis of thehysteromyoma. |
