地震现场工作的组织与管理

摘    要:作者根据多次现场地震工作的实践经验,从现场地震工作的阶段划分、组队规模、指挥部组成、工作总部署、震情监测分析、宏观考察、社会经济影响、对外宣传、与地方政府的联系、文书通信、政治思想保证、后勤保证和现场工作总结等13个方面对现场地震工作的组织、管理进行了讨论。文中指出了各项工作的要点及应注意的事项。

Abstract:According to the practical experience of some field work after earthquakes, this paper discusses some issues about organization and management from 13 aspects, namely, the division of stage in the field work after earthquake, scale of organizing group, organization of headquarters, working deployment, seismic surveilance and analysis, macroseismic survey, social and economic effect, external propagation, connections with local government, documents and communication, guarantee of political thought and rear-service and summarization of the field work. This paper also puts out the focal point of each work mentioned in the above and some points for attention.
