海洋沉积物中碱性磷酸酶活力与水体污染的关系

摘    要:厦门西港和香港维多利亚港近岸沉积物中碱笥磷酸酶活力与水体受污染程度的多项指标均表现出一定的相关性,如水体不BOD5、无机氮、COD、无机磷等的含量及采样点离陆源排放点的距离等相关性较大,其相关性在水动力条件差的水域尤为显著。

Abstract:The Alkaline Phosphatase (ALPase) activity in the sediment samples from the West Xiamen Harbour and Victoria Harbour, Hong Kong were determined. It was found that in both harbour sediments there was a correlation between the ALPase activity and the degree of water pollution, for instance, variations of BOD5,COD, inorganic N, inorganic P and sampling points which were differed from the affection by the pollution discharging sources and hydrological conditions The results of data analysis showed that the ALPase activity level in sediment of the Victoria harbour was at least ten times higher than that of West Xiamen Harbour, the analysis results are consistent with the fact that the Victoria Harbour is more seriously polluted than the West Xiamen Harbour.
