| 摘 要： | 依据现代经管理中的层次分析法，主成分分析法，模糊测评法和模式识别法的优点，结合气象现代化业务将效益的特点，提出了适合于气象现代化业务效益评价的方法－ＡＰＦＰ评价法，并应用ＡＰＦＰ评价法，分析和评价了气象现代化短期天气预报服务中的效益。

| Abstract: | he basic characteristics and the form of expression of the Chinese meteorological modernization benefit was analysed and deduced,and the basic thinking and evaluating method of the meteorological modernization benefit was put forward. The evaluating system of the meteorological modernization benefit was set up and the basic method of the MMBE was researched . Some preliminary results of analysing and evaluating the meteorological modernization in the short range weather forecast were obtained. |
