条纹小环藻对Cu^2+、Zn^2+耐受力和吸附作用的研究

摘    要:研究了条纹小环藻(Cyclotella striata)对Cu2+和Zn2+的耐受力、吸附率和吸附量的作用规律.结果表明:Cu2+和Zn2+对条纹小环藻的生长影响显著(p〈0.05),随着Cu2+、Zn2+含量的升高,其对条纹小环藻生长的抑制作用增大;当Cu2+和Zn2+的含量分别高于4.00×10-3、0.01 mg/dm3时,其对条纹小环藻的生长几乎没有影响;Cu2+和Zn2+对条纹小环藻生长的半抑制含量分别为0.26、11.17 mg/dm3.Cu2+含量为1.00 mg/dm3和Zn2+含量为50.00 mg/dm3的组合,对条纹小环藻生长的抑制率达72.28%,Cu2+对条纹小环藻的毒性大于Zn2+.条纹小环藻对Cu2+、Zn2+吸附效果良好,当藻细胞含量为2.45×107cells/dm3时,对Cu2+的吸附率为63.00%;当藻细胞含量为1.75×107cells/dm3时,对Zn2+的吸附率为60.52%;条纹小环藻对Cu2+和Zn2+的吸附量分别为9.26 mg/g(21.30×10-9mg/cell)和20.06 mg/g(46.15×10-9mg/cell)时,Cu2+和Zn2+对条纹小环藻不会产生明显毒性.

Abstract:The effects of tolerance,absorption rate and absorption quantity of Cu2+ and Zn2+ by Cyclotella striata were studied.The results showed that Zn2+ and Cu2+ have significant effects on the growth of Cyclotella striata(p0.05).Specifically,the growth of the algae increased in response to increasing concentrations of Cu2+ and Zn2+.However,low concentrations of Cu2+(4.00×10-3 mg/dm3) and Zn2+(0.01 mg/dm3) had little effect on the growth of Cyclotella striata.The EC50 of Cu2+ and Zn2+ were 0.26 mg/dm3 and 11.17 mg/dm3,respectively.The combination of Cu2+ and Zn2+ produced the highest inhibition(72.28%) when 1.00 mg/dm3 of Cu2+ and 50.00 mg/dm3 of Zn2+ were added to the culture medium.The Cu2+ was more toxic than Zn2+.The absorption rate for Cu2+ was 63.00% when the cell abundance was 2.45×107cells/dm3,while the absorption rate for Zn2+ was 60.52% when the cell abundance was 1.75×107cells/dm3;these rates are equivalent to 9.26 mg/g(21.30×10-9mg/cell) and 20.06 mg/g(46.15×10-9mg/cell),respectively.No toxic effects were observed at these absorption rates.
