海绵城市建设的绿化屋顶技术及其水文与环境效应研究进展

摘    要:绿化屋顶作为海绵城市建设的重要措施之一,能够有效改善城市内涝、热岛效应、建筑能耗、城市绿化等生态环境问题,是一种可持续的城市低影响开发实践,具有较大的开发潜力。通过系统回顾和综述国内外绿化屋顶最新研究成果和发展趋势,指出了不同气候条件和绿化屋顶类型雨水年滞留率约为50%~90%,并能将室内温度降低约3℃~4℃,为绿化屋顶推广应用提供可靠依据。基于海绵城市建设理念重点从植被选择、基质土壤和排水层建设探讨了绿化屋顶试验研究进展和实用化建设方法,归纳了绿化屋顶对降雨径流量和径流峰值的衰减、径流开始时间和径流峰值时间的延迟作用,指出了绿化屋顶雨水滞留性能主要受气象因素和结构配置影响,并受荷载、成本、维护管理、径流污染和渗漏风险等条件限制。同时,探讨了绿化屋顶雨水滞留过程动态模拟的建模方法和发展方向。最后围绕绿化屋顶潜在效益开发、结构性能综合优化、机理模型研究等方面提出了我国绿化屋顶研究建议和趋势。

Abstract:As one of the important measures for sponge city construction,green roofs could effectively improve stormwater manage-ment,urban heat-island effects,better regulation of building temperatures and other ecological environmental problems.This paper reviewed the latest research and development trend of green roofs,pointed out that the annual retention rate of stormwater on green roofs is between 50%and 90%,and the indoor temperature could be reduced by about 3℃to 4℃,which would provide a reliable basis for the application of green roofs.Besides,it summarized the attenuation of green roofs to runoff and peak runoff,the delay of runoff and peak runoff,and pointed out that the stormwater retention performance of green roofs is mainly affected by meteoro-logical factors and structure configuration,and restricted by building load,cost,maintenance management,runoff pollution and leak-age risk.It also discussed the modeling method of dynamic simulation of stormwater retention process.Finally,it provided the sug-gestions and trends of green roofs in the aspects of benefits development,structural performance optimization and mechanism model research.
