| 摘 要： | 对矿床的成矿地质背景、矿区地质、矿床地质等研究入手，着重研究了矿床的成矿地质条件、矿体特征、矿石特征、近矿围岩蚀变等，通过研究指出会理黑箐磁铁矿矿床应属于火山沉积-变质型矿床，同时指明了区域上该类矿床的找矿方向与找矿标志。

| Abstract: | Study of geological setting, orebodies, ore and wallrock alteration indicates that the Heiqing magnetite deposit is a metamorphosed volcanic sedimentary deposit. Range of reconnaissance and prospecting criteria for this deposit type are pointed out. |
