| 摘 要： | 建设工程竣工测绘是一种特殊的城市工程测量,它为城市规划管理部门对已批准的建设工程项目的监督审核提供重要的数据资料,其成果的准确性和可靠性直接影响规划审批和监督管理的有效性。本文结合近年来郑州市规划勘测设计研究院开展竣工测绘的实践经验,对此项工作的技术规程进行了系统性的归纳总结。
