| 摘 要： | 随着城市空间利用多元化的不断深入,地籍管理中2维宗地图常因界址不明而引发土地纠纷,这种2维地籍管理模式已不能真实、直观地表现土地的3维立体化利用情况。当前,3维地理信息技术与地籍管理的结合,产生了一种崭新的地籍管理模式——3维地籍管理。3维地籍管理在实践中取得了较好的效果,是未来城市地籍管理的一种重要手段。本文以长春市城区3维地籍数据库系统建设为例,详细介绍了该系统的设计思路以及功能实现,并对其关键技术进行分析。

| Abstract: | With the development of urban space use,land disputes are always triggered by unclear boundary in 2D cadastral management,which is unable to reflect the 3D land use objectively and intuitively.At present,the combination of 3D geographic information technique and cadastral management results in a new cadastral management mode-3D cadastral management.3D cadastral management has achieved good results in practice,it is an important means of future urban cadastral management.Taking 3D cadastral database system construction in Changchun City as an example,this paper describes in detail the system design and function implementation,and analyzes its key technique. |
