| 摘 要： | 采用典型案例分析方法,以珠江三角大型企业TCL集团与香港的合作历程为例,提出了"内资型前店后厂"、"后店后厂"、"前金后厂"3种粤港合作新模式.指出粤港合作是一种优势互补、互相促进的双向、双赢的合作方式.

| Abstract: | By taking TCL Group and its cooperation experience with Hong Kong partner as the case, three new patterns of Guangdong-Hong Kong cooperation are put forward, which are "domestic capital dominant front store and back factory model", "back store and back factory model" and "front capital and back factory model". Of the three models, "domestic capital dominant front store and back factory" refers to the pattern that the Zhujiang Delta manufacturing enterprises set up companies in Hong Kong that are responsible for purchasing, external exchange and sales. "Back store and back factory" refers to the pattern that the Zhujiang Delta enterprises contract manufacturing out to Hong Kong-capital-enterprises while keeping the function of product sales. "Front capital and back factory model" refers to the phenomenon that the Zhujiang Delta enterprises finance through security market in Hong Kong. By means of mutual cooperation of various patterns, the industrialization process of the Zhujiang Delta is promoted and the status of Hong Kong as business center, financial center, information center and logistic center is enhanced. In a word, such pattern of cooperation between Guangdong and Hong Kong is beneficial mutually. |
