| 摘 要： | 以科学发展观为指导，结合大中型设计院发展的实践，提出了设计院可持续发展的若干问题，要做到可持续的全面发展必须处理好技术和市场的关系，传统业务、转型业务和综合业务的关系以及自主、合作和创新的关系，并就这些影响可持续发展的因素作了分析。笔者的观点对于如何用科学发展观来指导设计院的发展有一定的借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | According to guidance of science development view and combined with development practice of large and medium size design institute, this article raises some questions in sustainable development of design institute. To realize sustainable and overall development, we must well deal with relationship between technology and market, relationship among traditional business, transformation business and integration business, and relationship among independence, coop- eration and innovation. Also the article makes some analyses of elements influencing sustainable development. The author＇Zs view has great significance of using science development view for reference to the development of design institute. |
