| 摘 要： | 随着市场经济体制的建立，中央政府宏观调控能力的提高，财政金融政策将更好地作用于科技与教育，促进科教兴国战略的实施。市场规律与科技教育规律约束下的财政金融政策利用市场机制传导模型的建立，运用数学模型来阐述了财政金融政策通过市场机制作用于科技教育的机理。

| Abstract: | With the establishment of the market economy system in China the central government's macro-control is improved.The financial policy has greater influence on the science and education and promotes the execution of China's science and education strategy.The financial policy restrained by the market rules and the science and education rules uses the establishment of the market mechanism conducting model and the mathematical model to illustrate its principles on the science and education through the market mechanism. |
