| 摘 要： | 在不同海区、不同水层养殖珠母贝人工苗,及用不同方法进行养殖小贝。结果表明:在开放性、半开放性、内湾性海区养殖11个月后,珠母贝壳高分别为64.5、51.4、69.8 mm,成活率分别为6.4%、0.8%、0.5%,其生长和成活率具有显著差异(P<0.05);同海区中3m、6m、9m、12m、15m水层养殖11个月后,珠母贝壳高分别为64.5、67.4、62.8、56.9、51.9mm,成活率分别为6.4%、6.8%、8.1%、11.7%、13.9%,随着水层的加深,珠母贝的生长变慢,成活率提高且差异显著(P<0.05);6个月龄小贝用穿耳法、片笼法、锥型笼法养殖5个月后,壳高分别长成56.1、55.7、51.7mm,成活率分别为72.6%、59.9%、51.7%,其生长和成活率具有显著差异(P<0.05)。 |

| Abstract: | the Artificial seed of Pinctada margaritifera(L inne) were cultured in different sea area and water layer,and the Pinctada Mar garitifera juvenile were cultured by different mode.The results shows that t he shell height were reached 64.5 mm after the 11 months culturing In the sea a rea of opening sea area,were 51.4 mm In the half-opening sea area and 69.8 m m In the estuarine sea area,the survival rate was 6.4%、0.8%、0.5% in these area,there were significant difference on these seed growing and survival rate(P<0.05);the shell height were reached 64.5 mm after the 11 months cult uring in a layer 3 m under the surface,and the shell height reached 67.4,62.8,56.9,51.9mm in the 6,9,12,15 m layer under the surface in the same sea area,the survival rate was 6.4%、6.8%、8.1%、11.7%、13.9% in these layers,the d eeper the water,the slower Pinctada Margaritifera growth and the higher the survival rate(P<0.05);6 months old Pinctada Margaritifera could rea ched56.1,55.7,51.7mm shell height after 5 months culturing by the model of dr ill-hang(P<0.05),parcel cage-rearing and taper cage-rearing,he surviva l rate was 72.6%、59.9%、51.7%(P<0.05). |
