摘    要:本文以10 ng/mL金标准溶液为试样,以1%抗坏血酸作为基体改进剂,通过实验优化,采用石墨炉斜坡升温程序,改进前处理方法达到能满足生产要求,提高生产效率,保证了数据的准确性。

Abstract:In this paper,the sample concentration of standard gold solution is 10ng/mL.The 1% ascorbic acid was chosen as a matrix modifier.After experimental optimization,graphite furnace ramp temperature program was used to improved pre-treatment method.The results were appropriate to production requirements.This method could increase productivity and guarantee accuracy.
