| 摘 要： | 村庄合并规划是乡镇规划的一个重要组成部分，文章首先就村庄合并规划对乡村和城镇发展的双重意义及目前村庄合并的难度进行了分析，然后以南京市郊冶山镇为例，重点研究了村庄合并规划的方法与步骤；乡（镇）域镇村体系分析，提出村庄合并规划的原则和标准，制定村庄合并规划，专家论证评议，从而形成科学合理，并具有可操作的村庄合并规划，最后从村庄合并规划的宣传，管理，连续性，投资和土地使用制度等方面为规划的实施提供了一些策略。

| Abstract: | The planning of village merging is one of the major component parts in the planning of village and town. Firstly the paper analyses the effect on the development of village and town and the merging difficulty of village. The ways and the steps of village merging are studied mainly: analyzing the system of villages and town, proposing principle and requirements, working out a tentative program of village merging, expert proving and discussing it. A final scientific and operative planning fruit will be formed. Finally a few implementing tactics are put forward in propaganda, management, continuity, investment and land utilization systems. |
