| 摘 要： | 简要介绍了海图数据资料档案的基本内容、组成及特点,梳理了海图数据资料档案的管理现状,系统分析了海图数据资料档案管理工作中存在问题与不足,针对海图数据资料档案管理工作中存在的重叠管理和内容重复、不一致、不完整的问题,进一步剖析了产生问题的原因。为了更高效地管理海图数据资料档案,基于海图数据资料档案的内在一致性,设计了一套海图数据资料档案的一体化管理模式,可为实现海图数据资料档案的高效管理提供技术支持和理论基础。

| Abstract: | This paper briefly introduces the basic content,composition and characteristics of chart data archives.The paper illuminates the current situation of the management of the chart data archives.Aiming at the phenomenon,such as management overlapping,content repetition,content inconsistency and content incompleteness,the paper analyzes the reason of the phenomenon further.In order to manage the chart data archives efficiently,based on the internal consistency of the chart data archives,an integrated management mode is designed to provide technical support and theory basis for the efficient management. |
