| 摘 要： | 初游者与重游者的行为特征对旅游目的地的经营具有重要的意义,而国内对于两者行为的关注,尤其是其行为差异的实证研究缺乏.在实地调研的基础上,分析了初游者与重游者行为的差异,对比国外相关研究成果,总结出初游者与重游者在人口统计特征、旅行特征等方面的诸多差异,并讨论了我国旅游者中两类人群的特有行为特征,为旅行社及旅游目的地营销提供了有益的依据. |
