| 摘 要： | 淄博市国土资源局临淄分局为提高矿产资源开发及安全生产监督管理水平,实现科技管矿,研制开发了矿山三维远程监控系统,该系统的开发和应用,改变了过去单一的人工井下巡查的不利局面,以"自动化"监管取代人工监管,消除了监管死角,提高了工作效率,加大了执法力度,为全区矿政管理的科学规范提供了重要技术支撑。

| Abstract: | In order to improve the development of mineral resources and production safety supervision and management level, achieve managing mineral resources scientifically, 3D remote monitoring system of mines has been developed by Zichuan Branch Bureau of Zibo Bureau of Land and Resources. Development and application of this system has changed the unfavorable situations of ingle artificial underground inspections. Manual supervision has been replaced by automatic supervision, dead space of supervision has been eliminated, and law enforcement dynamics has been improved as well. It will provide important technical support for scientific and standardized mine management in this area. |
