| Abstract: | The paper elucidates the features of the nutrient distribution off the coast of Zhejiang in July, 1980. It is found that the main hydrographic factors influencing the nutrient distribution are coastal upwelling, vertical eddy mixing and river-runoffs. Coastal upwelling played an important role in influencing the nutrient distribution. Effect of the river-runoff is small. |
