摘    要:为了能够使决策者、利益相关者尽可能清醒地认识到快速的经济发展背后高昂的经济损失和经济成本,文章选择位于长江口口心的上海市所辖崇明县作为研究对象,选择JAMES"浓度-损失"模型,对长江口水污染给崇明县旅游业造成的经济损失进行评估。结果发现在各种污染物当中,化学需氧量对崇明县的旅游业造成的经济损失最大,并预测2020年长江口水污染给崇明县旅游业造成的经济损失。文末提出管理对策,提升保护意识及促使企业承担社会责任等建议。

Abstract:In order to help policymakers and stakeholders to have a better appreciation of the heavy economic losses and damages behind rapid economic development,this paper took Chongming County of Shanghai located at the mouth of the Yangtze River as the object of research,the concentration-loss model developed by James was used,to assess the economic losses of Chongming County caused by water pollution in Yangtze Estuary.The study found that the pollutant causing the greatest damage to the tourism of Chongming County is COD.Some suggestions,such as management countermeasures,promotion of protection awareness and social responsibility were also put forward.
