| 摘 要： | 从制度、资金、经营模式及生态环境等制约南方山地草地资源开发利用的主要障碍因素出发 ,探讨了南方草地资源可持续利用的战略途径。认为在市场经济条件下 ,南方草地资源的可持续利用应以制度创新、管理创新等途径作为切入点 ,将草地资源的利用与山区经济发展结合起来 ,多途径地开发南方草地资源。

| Abstract: | After analysing the the problems in the hilly grassland utilization in southern China, this paper probe the sustainable utilization strategies of grassland resource in the area from the perspective of institution, capital, operating models and environment protection which are the main restricting factors in exploiting the grassland.It's considered that under marketing economy, sustainable use of hilly grassland should be carried out with emphasis on institution innovation and managment innovation. The use of hilly grassland in southern China should be practised by various approaches and combined with local economic growth,so as to have the economic benifts form the natural resources without destroying the environment. |
