摘    要:从第四纪冷圈演化历史来看,气候冷、暖变化是正常的,只是存在着不同的周期而巳。无论变冷或变暖都有正、反两方面的影响,这一点可以从两万年来不同气候变化周期及相应的生态效应中得到启发。就中国而言,从整体效应看,变暖比变冷好。然而,当人们对气候变化原因还没有确切了解时,作者主张从中国国情出发应尽力去检测气候变化本身及其生态效应,加强百年和千年变化周期的研究,以便采取相应措施。

CRYOSPHERE,CLIMATIC CHANGE AND GREENHOUSE EFFECT

Abstract:In recent years,Human has been worrying about the fact that the climate is getting warm-er and warmer by the greenhouse effect of Human activities.But we still remember that onlydozens of years ago,people had worried about the coming near of new ice age when the tem-perature was falling during 1940—1970.Facing a contrary climatic change in dozens ofyears,it is difficult for people to have a sober and overall recognition.We know that the cli-mate sometimes gets warm and sometimes gets cold,and this is normal if we look into the pro-blem from the history of Cryosphere evolution.Whether it gets cold or gets warm,both havegood and bad influences.We may get some inspirations from different period of the climaticchanges and its relative ecological effects during the past twenty thousand years.For example,glaciers,ice sheet,permafrost and desert expanded,and forest shrank,the level of lake andsea fell down during the last glaciation,while there was a complete opposite story duringthe hypsithermal (climatic optimum) period.Hence,the climate warming is better than cool-ing basing on the total ecological effects.When Human is still not quite sure about the originof climatic changes,the author maintains that we should do our best to check the climaticchange itself and the relative ecological effects basing on the situation of our country andstrengthen the studies on changing cycles of hundred or thousand years and adopt corre-sponding measures.
