| 摘 要： | 古近纪时期明光盆地前人曾将西部的沉积称"舜山集组",东部的沉积称"土金山组".经工作证实古近纪明光盆地为统一盆地,其地层为定远组,ESR测年后认定时代为古新世--始新世.明光城北的原下草湾组,ESR测年后认定为渐新世的沉积并更名为明光组,填补了省内渐新世的沉积空白.

| Abstract: | The Palaeogene sediments in the western part of the Mingguang basin were formerly called "Shunshanji Formation",and the eastern "Tujinshan Formation." It has been verified that the Palaeogene basin is a unified one with the strata being the Dingyuan Formation,whose age is further determined as Paleocene-Eocene by ESR dating.The former Caowan Formation occurring in the north of the Mingguang town has turned out to be Oligocene sediments and thus renamed the Mingguang Formation.This denies the lack of Oligocene stratum in the province. |
