Abstract:ICP-MS, the abbreviation of Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry, is a kind of test technique which started from the 1980's, combining the advantages of ICP Emission Spectrographic Analysis and Mass Spectrographic analysis. This paper overviewed briefly the characteristics and progress of ICP-MS technique, and the newly technology of Dynamic Reaction Cell and Collision Cell, and the application in geosciences.
