| 摘 要： | 水与能源是全球关注的热点问题。水平井与分段压裂技术结合等新技术的发展,为实现页岩能源生产创造了可能性,同时增加能源对水资源的依赖性。水力压裂所需水量以及页岩气开采作业产生废水的水量和水质是页岩气开发的核心之一。本文以中国页岩气井开采先驱地区的川南页岩气开采区为例,分析页岩气开发对区域水资源系统及生态系统的可能影响,提出传统能源开发需与水资源保护协调发展,并对未来传统能源开发管理进行展望。国家能源安全需求及企业能源规划、企业的施工技术、返排水的回收利用和再循环技术等对区域生态环境影响不可忽略;企业应做好安全防护,政府需建立页岩气-生态环境管理规范,保障页岩气井开采区的生态环境安全。

| Abstract: | Water and energy have become hot-topics of global concern.The innovations and improvements of new technologies,such as the combination of horizontal wells and staged fracturing technologies,have contributed to the possibility of realizing shale energy production while increasing the dependence of energy on water resources.The amount of water required for hydraulic fracturing and the amount and quality of wastewater generated from shale gas exploitation operations is one of the cores of shale gas exploration.Taking the shale gas exploitation area in South Sichuan Basin as an example,the possible shale gas exploration impacts on the regional water resources system and ecosystem were analyzed.It proposes that conventional energy development needs develope in coordination with water resources,and looking forward to furthering energy development and management.Some critical factors have non-negligible impacts on the regional ecological environment,such as national energy safety requirements,corporate energy planning,corporate construction technology,and wastewater recycling technologies.To ensure the safety of ecological environment in shale gas exploitation area,corporations should take safety environmental protection measures,and government should establish shale gas-ecological environment management regulations. |
