| 摘 要： | 本文结合现场巡查和移动管理需求,分析了基于移动GIS的巡查管理解决方案的优势,并以河道巡查管理为例,构建巡查管理系统.实际应用表明,系统能及时有效处理河道占用及违规排污、标段保洁考评等河道长效管理方面问题,可较好地满足河道巡查管理工作的实际需要,有效提高了巡查管理工作的信息化水平. |

| Abstract: | In this paper,we analyze advantages of solutions of inspection management based on Mobile GIS with requirements of onsite inspections and mobility management.And take river channel inspection as an example,we create an inspections management system.The system application shows that it can deal with business of illegal occupation,sewage,long-term management of the river promptly and effectively.It can satisfy the needs of practical management of river channel inspection and improve information level of inspection management effectively. |
