| 摘 要： | 老五律的价值体现在以读者为中心 ;新五律渗透着对新技术和社会环境的关注。虽然都有闪光点 ,但是老五律本身自相矛盾 ;新五律所论述问题失诸过宽 ,缺乏理论的严谨性、科学性。

| Abstract: | The value of the old five law reflects the centrality of the readers. New five law embodies the attention to the new technology and social environment. Though each of them has its own advantage, the old five law is contradicting itself, and the problems new old five law discussed are too wide, and the theory is not well knit or scientific. |
