| 摘 要： | 在实际水平定向钻进非开挖施工中,由于扩孔钻头水口大小与泵量不能很好匹配,极大地影响了正常钻进作业.结合水平定向钻进非开挖工艺和设备情况,采用工程流体力学理论,推导计算出了扩孔钻头水口大小与泵量的匹配关系模型,并通过实际工程的验证结果表明,模型计算误差在2%左右,对实际工程施工具有一定的指导价值.

| Abstract: | During the process of horizontal direction drilling construction,inconvenience often arises due to the inappropriate bit water way matching with the pump output.This paper deduces a model for the match between the bit water way and the pump output based on the construction equipment and hydraulics,whose result is tested by the construction test.With an error is limited at 2%,this model can be applied in the practical engineering. |
