| Abstract: | Some scholars began to summarize and analyze the mode of participatory management as a kind of independent management philosophy in 1940s,but it’s still at a preliminary stage of the academic research on applying fishery participatory management to fisheries.The development environment of fishery law enforcement in our country laid a solid platform for fishery participatory management.This management mode is based on fishermen’s own interests and can strengthen fishermen’s sense of belonging and thus enhance government efficiency. |
