| 摘 要： | 在分析呼伦贝尔市旱涝灾害的基础上,为了更好地减轻其损失,建立了“历史相似综合评估”和“气候背景统计评估”两个旱涝灾害经济损失评估模型。经5年的业务应用,效果很好。可以投入辅助决策服务使用。

| Abstract: | According to analysis of the drought and waterlog of Hulunbeier city,we had established two economic losing models of drought and waterlog disaster,"Historical similar synthetical evaluation model" and "Climate backdrop statistical evaluation model",and obtained good effects.The models could be applied to assistant decision serve. |
