| Abstract: | China' s southeastern coast is under the most severe hits of typhoon storm surge in Chi na. This paper repores the general situation of tidal diaster from typhoon storm surge,the present condition of the prevention measures and major issues in three coastal provinces of Fujian,Guangdong and Hainan,and puts forward countermeasures to prevent tidal disasters. |
