高锰酸钾—过硫酸钾消化氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定水中汞

摘    要:为了寻找一种灵敏准确测定有机污染物水样中微量汞的方法,通过高锰酸钾—过硫酸钾消化氢化物发生原子荧光光谱法测定,发现汞含量在0.100 0~1.000 0ug/L范围内呈线形关系,相关系数为0.999 6,检出线为0.006 6ug/L,相对标准偏差在0.7% ~ 2.3%,样品加标回收率在93.1%~102.9%之间.该方法检出线低,灵敏度高,精密度好,准确度好,适合于有机物较多体系水样中汞的测定.

Abstract:The tests of KM-nO4-K2S2O8 hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry of mercury in water indicates that it is a sensitive and accurate method for detection of trace mercury of more organic pollutants in water. The method is characterized by lower detected limit, higher sensitivity and better precision and good accuracy and may be used for analyzing trace mercury in water of more organic pollutants.
