| 摘 要： | 通过对某一工程桩基质量事故的分析，提出了一种经济合理有效地处理方案。该方案在充分利用原有桩基的同时，用人工级配的砂石料对原设计基底土进行换填，组合成刚性桩复合地基，有效地提高了地基承载力，使建筑物的沉降控制在允许范围内。

| Abstract: | An economical and reasonable treatment is proposed through analyzing a pile foundation accident. In the treatment the piles in accident are reused and the soft soil around the piles is replaced with sand and gravel mixture. The piles and the sand-gravel cushion are fit together to be a composite foundation with rigid piles, which can improve the bearing capacity of the foundation effectively and decrease the building’s settlement. |
