中国气象服务效益评估的文献计量研究

摘    要:通过分析1995~2011年间中国学者在中国学术期刊网络出版总库(简称CAJD)收录期刊上发表的气象服务效益评估的论文,了解我国气象服务效益评估领域科研状况。通过对气象服务效益评估论文数量、期刊来源、作者分布、关键词及基金等分布情况进行文献统计分析。结果表明,在CAJD数据库收录气象服务效益评估的论文达110篇,作者合著率74.5%,合作度2.6,关键词中词频最高的是"经济效益",涉及各类基金项目资助40项。同时发现,尽管中国气象服务效益评估研究发展迅速,但核心作者群有待加强,研究内容集中在评估实践方面,缺少在评估理论和技术上有所创新的论文。

Papers on Evaluation of Meteorological Service Benefits in China: A Bibliometric Analysis

Abstract:To understand the situation in evaluation of meteorological service benefits in China by analyzing the papers on evaluation of meteorological service benefits covered in China Academic Journal Network Publishing Database from 1995 to 2011. Papers on evaluation of meteorological service benefits and distribution of their authors, key words, funds, and publishing journals were analyzed. A total of 110 on evaluation of meteorological service benefits were covered in CAJD, with a coauthor rate of 74. 5 % and a cooperation degree of 2.6. The greatest number of related papers was published in Meteorological Monthly. Asthma was found to be the most used key word for "Economic Benefit", Forty papers were supported by different kinds of fund. The study on evaluation of meteorological service benefits in China has been developing rapidly. But the core authors needs to be strengthened. The research is focused on evaluation practices. Hope the future in the evaluation of the theory and technology can make innovation.
