高层建筑沉降观测技术应用

摘    要:要想保证高层建筑物在施工期间以及后期维护工作中的安全,必须在这些阶段对建筑物进行实体勘察,通过沉降观测技术获取建筑物的变形程度,以及估算高层建筑物的实际数据来帮助分析沉降的原因,延长建筑物的使用寿命。因此,本文以高层建筑物的沉淀观测技术作为演技对象,通过分析沉淀观测的基本实施要求、实施步骤,再结合具体的实际项目来分析其应用的具体过程,得出该建筑物的变形程度在安全可控的范围之内。

Abstract:In order to ensure the high -rise buildings in the construction period and maintenance safety work , it must have building real investigation in these period , and get acquisition of the deformation degree of buildings through settlement observation technology , then it should account real data of high -rise buildings and analyze the reasons of the subsidence;prolong the service life of buildings . Therefore, Based on the precipitation observation technique of high -rise buildings, it analysis the basic requirements , implementation steps of the implementation precipitation observation , then it combined with the actual project to analyze the specific process of its ap-plication, finally it gets the conclusion about the scope of the building that the building belongs to the deformation degree of security control.
