| 摘 要： | 责任明晰化、管理精细化是城市社会综合治理工作的重要目标,管理责任网格数据则是实现这两个目标的重要数据基础。本文提出了城市社会综合治理网格数据编制工作的思路和方法,形成了《青岛市城乡综合治理网格划分与编码规则》。从城市社会综合治理工作各领域、各部门的管理需求出发,兼顾城市主城区和城乡结合地区的管理特点,构建了一套完整的网格编制方案和数据体系,便于模型构建和数据分析,具有较强的普适性和可推广性。

| Abstract: | Clear responsibility and delicacy management are both important goals of social comprehensive management for government work, while the management grid plays an fundamental roles as important data basis .In this paper , we proposed designed ideas and methods for modeling management grid data of social comprehensive management , and created Grid Division and Coding Rules of Com-prehensive management of Urban and Rural Areas in Qingdao .We considered the requirements of various management departments and work fields , balanced the difference of urban and rural areas , thus created a comprehensive grid model and data architecture for management and analysis with high usability and flexibility . |
