| 摘 要： | 数据整合是不动产登记工作中非常重要的环节,关系到不动产登记工作的具体实施及权利人的合法权益。本文分析了宁夏数据整合中的基本要求,以及宁夏各市、县在数据整理过程中出现的问题,并依据不动产登记工作的发展提出数据整合的相关对策。

| Abstract: | Data integration is very important in real estate registration .It' s related to the implementation of real estate work , and the legitimate rights and interests of the oblige. This paper analyzes the basic requirements of data integration , and profound analysis the problems in the process of data collection of the cities and counties in Ningxia .Based on this and the development of real estate regis-tration, we put forward the countermeasures of data integration in real estate registration work . |
