| 摘 要： | 本文以"智慧宁波"地理信息共享服务平台中地名地址数据建设为例,深入分析和探讨地理信息共享服务平台下地名地址数据的建设思路、数据标准、地址编码、数据共建共享,建成了宁波全市统一标准、结构合理、安全稳定的地名地址数据,并通过对外提供数据服务接口等服务形式在民政、公安、城市网格化管理等诸多领域取得广泛应用,全面提升了宁波市地理信息公共服务能力和水平。

| Abstract: | With a case study of geographic name and address data construction for the Smart Ningbo Geographic Information Service Platform,this paper discusses on the constructive thoughts of geographic name and address data, data standard, address coding, and data sharing.In the case study, a safe and stable geographic name and address data for Ningbo is built up with a unified standard and a reasonable structure.Through providing geographic name and address services as data service interface, it achieves wide applications in various fields including civil affairs, public security, and urban grid management.Consequently, it makes great contributions on improvements of the Ningbo Geographic Information Public Services. |
