| 摘 要： | 湛江具有独特的区位、自然资源和政策优势,但湛江经济发展与广东省其他城市及同批沿海开放城市相比却日趋落后。在剖析湛江经济发展中存在问题的基础上,提出了湛江各级政府应准确定位,彻底转变职能;做大做强支柱产业,积极培育战略产业;加大扶持农业龙头企业力度,提升湛江名牌、特色产品国际竞争力等实现湛江经济跨越式发展的路径。

| Abstract: | Zhanjiang is granted the first batch of coastal cities in the whole country implementing opening to the outside world,with unique advantages in position,natural resources and policy.But Zhanjiang economic development is backward day by day compared with other cities in Guangdong Province or other open coastal cities of the same batch.The problems existing in the economic development of Zhanjiang are analyzed,and some suggestions are proposed finally for the governments at all levels of Zhanjiang to make a accurate orientation,change the function completely,expand and enhance the key industry,foster the strategic industry actively,devote more efforts to supporting the leading enterprises of agriculture,promote the routes of great-leap-forward development such as the famous brand in Zhanjiang,and products with international competitiveness of characteristics. |
