| 摘 要： | 本文通过对黑风暴的各种表现特征的描述，着重从“强风是黑风暴产生的动力；丰富的沙尘源是黑风暴形成的物质基础；不稳定的空气是重要的局地热力条件；形成黑风暴的形地貌因素；人为因素与黑风暴”等５个方面讨论了黑风暴的成因。

| Abstract: | This paper discussed the conception, characteristics and damages of black wind storms,Placing emphasis on the formation dynamics of strong black wind storms. Plentiful sand and dustsources constitute the material basis for the occurrence of black wind storms, while the unstable air istheir important thermodynamic condition. In addition, the Paper also descussed the geomorphologicaland anthtopogenic fsctors causing the black wind storms and their main damages and finally putsforward four agriCultural hszard reduction measures, namely fencing off the sandy land to rehabilitatethe vegetation and protecting natural vegetation ; establishing protective forest to protect oases;establishing farmland shelterbelt to halt wind erosion; and fixing shifting sand with engineering andbiological measures. |
