莱芜市南冶拟建焦化项目对地下水环境影响分析

摘    要:山东省莱芜市南冶镇附近拟建焦化项目。此类项目污废水排放量大,污染物复杂,含有挥发酚、氰化物、氨氮、石油类等有毒、有害成分,属重污染类项目。拟选厂址主要分布奥陶纪石灰岩,地表、地下岩溶发育;第四纪松散层零星分布,防渗隔污性极差。拟选厂址周围分布有3处水源地,水质优良。地下水环境特征进行环境影响分析结果表明,拟建项目极易污染地下水,并对周边水源地构成严重威胁,从地下水环境保护的角度认为项目选址不合理,建议另行选址。

Abstract:A coal carbonization item will be carried out in Nanye town of Laiwu city.This kind of item will discharge a lot of residuary water and complicated pollution materials which contain posinous and harmful elements,such as volatile phenol,cyanide,ammine,nitrogen and oil.It belongs to heavy-elements pollution.Ordovician limestone,karst rocks developed well,and Quaternary loose rock distributed fewly.The property for preventing seeping and pollution is very bad,and there are 3 spots water source with good quality near the site.It is said that the item will pollute underground water and destroy environment, thus it should be built in other place.
