| 摘 要： | 针对海杂波对高频地波雷达目标检测的干扰问题，分目标处于海杂波谱区之内和之外两种情况综述了海杂波背景下的目标检测方法。对于海杂波内目标检测的难题，介绍了一种基于现场海态同步观测信息的检测新思路以及初步验证结果。对国内外相关研究进展的归纳总结和新思路的提出，为提出更加有效的海杂波干扰下的目标检测方法提供了重要的参考。

| Abstract: | In view of the sea clutter interference problem of target detection in high frequency ground wave radar, ship target that fallen inside and outside sea clutter spectrum were reviewed respectively. To solve the detection problem of target fallen in sea clutter, a novel detection idea which based on the sea state synchronous observation information was introduced and it followed by the preliminary verification results. The related research progress at home and abroad was summarized and new idea was suggested. Therefore, it provided an important reference for developing a more effective ship detection method under the interference of the sea clutter. |
