| 摘 要： | 介绍了用水质评价方法对博斯腾湖低水位运行中水质问题进行分析评价,得出博斯腾湖低水位运行时水质超标,但是在政府和相关部门的配合治理下,水质状况在1996年得到了改善。有限的博斯腾湖水资源必须在保护水质的原则下进行,在政府职能部门的统一管理、统筹兼顾下合理利用,真正做到在保护中利用,在利用中保护。
