| 摘 要： | 基于系统设计原则，构建了基于ArcGIS的城镇地价信息系统的总体框架，并采用VB．NET编程语言、AreGIS组件AreGIS Engine、SQL Server数据库等开发实现了具有数据库管理、土地定级、地价评估、地价更新等功能的城镇地价信息系统。
