| 摘 要： | 三维激光扫描技术，又称实景复制技术，是上世纪九十年代中期开始出现的一项高新技术，它通过高速激光扫描测量的方法，大面积高分辨率地快速获取被测对象表面的三维坐标数据，为快速建立物体的三维影像模型提供了一种全新的技术手段。简要介绍三维激光扫描数据采集和处理全过程，指出其优势和劣势，并探讨其在市政工程测量中的应用前景。
