| 摘 要： | 迅速发展的近海水产养殖业，为社会创造了巨大的财富和就业机会，同时也带来了严重的环境影响和社会经济问题，其中包括开垦大面积湿地、地面下沉、土壤酸化、地下水和农田盐渍化等。这些问题造成的损失在某种程度上严重影响了近海水产养殖业本身的综合效益。为此，对近岸区域实施综合规划和管理，推广和采用无环境危害、技术适宜、经济可行，社会可接受的方法，使近海水产养殖业在提高总体效益的基础上持续发展。

| Abstract: | The coastal maricultural industry, with its fast development and higher production, has created many job opportunities and large amount of wealth for the society. At the same time, the development of the industry has also brought many marine enviromental impacts and social economical problems, such as wetland lost, seawater intrusion, sink of land, soil acidification and agricultural saltifications. Those negative effects have put more pressure on the marine environment nad the interests of the industry itself comprehensively. Therefore, it is necessary to implement integrated planning and management, formulating and utilizing pollution-free, technical, economical and environmental feasible methods in order to keep stability development of maricultural industry in China. |
